Captain Socks was born on a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in March 2018. Days of relentless rain and countless sock changes led the founder to ask a simple question: why isn't there a sock that holds up and looks like it means it? What followed was months of research into Portuguese factories, materials and production processes — and a brand built on the conviction that small daily objects can be a form of expression. All pieces are designed and produced in Portugal, with sustainable practices and fair working conditions throughout.
